Katasuke Tōno is a tokubetsu jōnin of Konohagakure's Scientific Ninja Weapons Team. 

After the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Katasuke headed up an effort to help all surviving war causalities recover from their maiming injuries. He developed an advanced form of prosthetics that would allow people to return to normal life. One of his patients was [Ao.](https://anilist.co/character/23420/Ao) At some point, he learned of Chamaru's injury and contacted [Akita Inuzuka](https://anilist.co/character/189947/Akita-Inuzuka) to tell her that he'd make the ninken a prosthetic limb. Upon doing so, the dog made a full recovery, and Akita became his assistant. 

Boruto would often visit Katasuke's lab when he was feeling upset, hoping to see impressive new ninja tools to brighten his mood. Katasuke made a habit of having special edition games around for Boruto to play, and often gave him advice about life to help him feel better.

Mr. 3 ate the Doru Doru no Mi (Wax Wax Fruit in the English), giving him the power to produce molten wax from any part of his body. However, he can't turn himself into wax. He sabotages a sacred battle between the two giants and then captures Vivi, Nami, and Zoro creating a huge, spinning wax cake he made with his devil fruit abilities to rain wax down upon them, the desired effect being that the three will slowly be encased in wax, and suffocate to death. This would also give Mr. 3 human wax statues, as he admits he has trouble making perfect human wax figures himself. Mr. 3 was defeated at the end along with three other Baroque Works Officer Agents, Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentines Day.

As the President of the World Economy News Paper, Morgans takes utmost pride in his occupation as a journalist and does not tolerate being called otherwise. He is even willing to risk his life on occasion just to take pictures of a newsworthy event. It is currently unknown what he looks like in his human form.

Spandam is defeated by Nico Robin, who breaks his back while the Straw Hat crew flee the Bridge of Hesitation. Andre Camel is brutish looking FBI agent. In the past, he accidentally exposed Shuichi Akai&#039;s identity as an FBI agent to the Black Organization and impeded his mission as a spy. He felt his mistake caused Akai&#039;s love interest to be killed by the Black Organization and has thus felt indebted to Akai ever since.
