Kojirou is a member of the Rocket Gang, more specifically part of a trio with Musashi and Nyarth, that follows Satoshi and his friends around in the Pocket Monsters anime, usually trying to steal Satoshi's Pikachu.

Matthieu is the easygoing, afro-haired pilot of the Terminus typeR606. He has a passion for music, and seems to be constantly bored. Matthieu seems to be responsible for gathering information from and maintaining contacts with ref boarders and DJs. Early on, he was one of the few members of the Gekkostate who showed any sympathy for Renton, although he played his fair share of jokes on him, too.   Matthieu and Hilda often act like husband and wife, though the two don't seem to share any such relationship apart from their arguing. Hilda orders Matthieu around as if he were her husband, and Matthieu treats Hilda as if she were his wife. He even calls her "honey" all the time. An extremely intelligent, elite-level police detective (superintendent), who is Kenmochi's supervisor. First appearing in "Death TV", he is presented as an arrogant and snobbish character that becomes a rival to Kindaichi in crime-solving. However, Akechi (indeliberately) not only helped Kindaichi solve the case, but also aided him out of trouble. His relationship to Kindaichi is abrasive at the least, but they have an unspoken mutual respect for each other's abilities. He often compares the crimes in Japan to his experience in Los Angeles. He is proficient in English and French. In "The Magical Express", it's revealed that he met Reiko Chikamiya before her death, and this eventually helps Kindaichi solve the case. In "Murder at Hell's School", (disguised as a math teacher) he claimed that he had actually been a teacher in a very famous prep-school for three years. His name may be a reference to the classic Japanese detective Kogoro Akechi created by Edogawa Rampo.

One of the most obvious features on Ace is his tattoos. Ace's back tattoo is left intact in the English version of the dub despite 4Kids' previous edits to crosses. At the same time Ace also promotes his tattoo to Luffy, something which is truly considered odd by 4Kids standards. Ace has a tattoo on his back of the Whitebeard symbol; a skull with a white mustache and a manji behind it. To avoid confusion between the two symbols and avoid slander for being a nazi, this was changed to crossbones in the shape of a "cross" in the anime, as well as in the most recent chapter of the manga.  Ace has another tattoo on his left arm by the shoulder: it reads "ASCE" with the "S" crossed out. ~!It serves as a symbol of his other deceased sworn brother Sabo.!~ In the English version of the anime, Ace's shoulder tattoo signifying his name is edited out, as he is referred to there as "Portgaz D. Trace." He appears in One Piece Grand Adventure, once again without the tattoo on his arm.  Ace travels around the Grand Line on his boat which is constructed so his Mera Mera no Mi fuels the engine on the rear end allowing it to move.  Currently, Ace is one of the two known pirates to ever escape arrest by the Marine captain Smoker, the other escapee being Ace's younger brother Luffy. Ace and Smoker fought to a standstill in Alabasta.  He left Fuusha Village three years before Luffy, and he is a loyal crewman and commands the Second Division of Whitebeard, his captain.  In appearance, the two brothers are obviously related, despite the fact that Ace is more muscular than the rather lanky Luffy. He also sports rather childish freckles. He is apparently narcoleptic (a trait common amongst Ace's family) and therefore falls asleep on random occasions, making people wonder if he has dropped dead. As far as personality goes, Ace is much more intelligent, polite, and generally more bearable than his younger brother, which prompts the Straw Hat crew to question whether he is truly related to their bumbling captain. However, the brothers themselves are very close, Ace portraying typical good-big-brother behaviors such as asking the crew to keep an eye on his little brother.

Takuya is Hiroki's best friend. With him, he built a plane to go to Hokkaido Island to see the tower that is there.

Iketani is the leader of the Speedstars and drives an S13 Silvia. He has great pride in his racing team and cares for everyone, including some oppenents. He doesn't know how to drift, but he is working on the back-brake-skid. His driving skills are fairly weak and is scared when the car begins to skid. However, he is getting over his scare and is willing to try almost anything to improve his skills. 

Iketani is often called "senpai" by Itsuki and Takumi (because he is older than them and watches out for them most of the time). He also works at the Esso (GS in the anime) gas station with Takumi and Itsuki and loves to talk about cars non-stop! Iketani is one of those guys that are somewhat dense about women (his relationship with Mako) and often jumps to conclusions too early. However, he learns from his mistakes quickly and even under the heaviest pressures, tries to remain calm and collective.
