Konata Izumi is, more by default than anything else, the "leader" of the main characters. Nicknamed "Kona-chan" by her friends, she is an eccentric but friendly and outgoing girl, with a mischievous but good-natured sense of humor. She can be smart, but she hates studying, thus her grades are a bit uneasy. However, she is an expert in pulling an "all-nighter." In contrast to her studying habits, she loves video games, to the extent that she can compete against Kagami Hiiragi on trivia games (by remembering the question orders, not by knowing the actual answers). In addition, she loves anime, which is also due to her father, Sōjirō Izumi's influence, along with the games. He buys ero-games for himself, so she is able to play and enjoy them. In fact, when she became eighteen, Konata was overjoyed, since she could now go buy and play ero-games legally. 

In the anime, Konata constantly refers to or parodies several popular games, anime, and manga (much to the annoyance of Kagami), but her favorite franchise seems to be the Haruhi series, as she has many Haruhi figurines and decorations that makes her room, and even once went to the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou with her friends. She often gives false information to her family, thus making her father believe that Kagami and Tsukasa are shrine maidens. Interestingly enough, her voice actress for the animated version, Aya Hirano and Wendee Lee, is in fact the same person who voiced Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime; other voice actors from the same series make guest appearances during the course of Lucky ☆ Star. Since she spends quite a large sum of money on video games and dōjinshi, Konata was lucky enough to get a part-time job at a cosplay cafe. Continuing with her theme of playing video games, Konata plays the role of a male character in an online game and is married in that world. Her significant other in the game is ironically a male gamer using a female character. She often plays late into the night, hence why she tends to fall asleep in class, which makes her a frequent victim to her homeroom teacher, Nanako Kuroi. One of her talents as mentioned on the show is that she can name all the Pok$#!ns.

Her physique is smaller than average when compared to her peers, which she claims hasn't changed, since she was in the sixth grade. She is ambidextrous, in contrast to the mostly left-handed main cast. She has long, blue hair which comes down to her calves with a large ahoge, sleepy eyes and a beauty mark under her left eye, just like her father. Her mother, Kanata Izumi, died when she was an infant, and she has lived alone with her father since. In her third year of high school, however, her cousin, Yutaka Kobayakawa, came to live at her house, giving a total of three people in the Izumi residence.

Minato is Jun'ichi's younger sister. She is a year younger than him and attends the same school as him as a first year high school student. She is capable in all areas of house hold related work and is proud of it. She also has unique abilities, like listening to the ground to detect the presence of animals, as well as be able to communicate with them. She has feelings for Jun'ichi. She mentions that she was an adopted sister once, but later says it was a joke.    ~!Minato is blood-related to Jun'ichi in the PC game, in the PS2 version she is not related to him, and it is unclear as to whether she is blood-related to Jun'ichi in the anime. (Her and Jun'ichi end up believing that they are indeed blood related, although the parents make a comment at the end of the series hinting that they are not blood related.)!~

BeyBlade: Venus  Attacks: V-temptation   Aside from owning the Beyblade "Venus", pop singing diva Ming-Ming is also the owner of a split personality. As a member of the BEGA Leage, Ming-Ming has risen to fame in the Beyblade circuit as an aggressive fighter while being sweet and cute (and mysteriously shorter) away from battle. Her singing is both a tool to help promote the BEGA League and a valuable weapon used to distract opponents during a match.  Usually, she portrays herself to be a sweet young girl. However, she has another, tougher side when she blades. It is easy to tell which from her size and by her eyes. Tough Ming-Ming (called Queen Form in the original) is taller and has a serious look in her eyes while innocent Ming-Ming (called Loli Form) is shorter and has a typical anime cute set of eyes. She tends to spend most of her time in her innocent form as most bladers are easily deceived by her sweet and cute appearance. Her attitude depends on her form, but generally she is a very confident girl with a lot of pride. She is a fanboy favourite in the series. After (and including) the episode, Runaway Daichi, a running gag throughout the season is Kenny's uncontrollable crush on Ming-Ming. He even cheers her on during the BBA VS Bega match.  Being the poster girl for the BEGA league can have its perks. This obnoxious teen idol provides entertainment in the form of singing the praises of the BEGA organization. Don't let this fool you though, because she is also a top notch Beyblader. She also uses her singing to help her concentration during a match, as well as to distract her opponents. 

Homura was the name given to one of two of Rukia&#039;s &quot;children&quot; who took her captive and erased her memories.    Homura has light green hair, while the roots appear to be bright pink. Along with that, she wears a light pink kimono with a brighter pink, down-turned, collar. She also wears a yellow cloth around her waist.    Homura helped to rid Rukia of her memories so that she could pass to be Rukia&#039;s sibling. After that failed, though, they merged together to create a destructive being, called Dark Rukia, in a process of hollowfication. Their mission is to destroy anyone that get in their way.    Powers    Flight: In the movie, she is seen floating in the air, distracting and talking to Rukia while Shizukui slashes her with his scythe.  Unnamed Ability: In the trailers it was shown that she can make a wishes, that are undoutbly granted.    Teleportation: She can teleport to places similar to Shunpo or Son&iacute;do. She is a childhood friend of Konoha, who he loved very much until she attempted suicide by falling off the school building.   ~!According to "Parumiere (パルミエーレ)" book, she actually liked and hated Konoha because the imagination was the only thing she had because of her parents' divorce.  She said that by telling Konoha her imaginations to story means he stole everything about her.  She also used the fact that Konoha always listened her every order to force him to be alone (away from Kazushi and Kotobuki.  This is the reason to be back and to meet Konoha, to get revenge).    She attempted suicide and almost died when Konoha received the award and everyone else thought Miu Inoue was her while she just sent empty script out.  She was back to the original hospital for few years without telling Konoha and met Kazushi because his mother is in the same hospital.  In an episode from Short book 1, she felt that she's superior to Konoha but felt inferior to Kazushi.  He introduced her to volunteer in a Children's center.  According to 6 Year After Episode (6 years after Touko's graduation), she's volunteering in Children's center.!~

Kazuki&#039;s sister and first year student at Kazuki&#039;s school. Ditzy and constantly cheerful, Mahiro seems to lack common sense and sees nothing wrong with things like letting her brother borrow her school gym clothes. Her quirks and personality are so similar to her brother&#039;s that no one ever doubts they&#039;re related despite the fact that they don&#039;t resemble each other. She secretly wishes that Tokiko and Kazuki will get married so that Tokiko will be her new sister.     ~!Mahiro discovers that her brother is an alchemist warrior when the LXE attack the school in force and understands that Kazuki must sometimes go away on missions, but decides not to probe him for information about what he does as an alchemist warrior.!~

She poses as the second Kira to attract the attention of the first Kira. She decides to devote her life to Light because he punished the criminal that killed her parents when she was younger; a burglar killed Misa's parents in front of her eyes. Misa, unable to forgive the killer and wanting to kill the burglar herself, saw multiple delays in the killer's trial before Kira killed him. Dende is a Namekian who takes the role of the Earth's god after Kami fuses with Piccolo. He is first introduced in the Namek Saga when Son Gohan and Kuririn save him from Dodoria. He gets his power unlocked by their elder, giving him the power to heal. He aids the warriors during the fight with Freeza until he is killed by the tyrant. After being revived by Shenlong, he lives on New Namek until Son Goku can teleport there during the Cell Saga to ask a Namekian to become the new God of Earth and revive the Dragon Balls. Garnet is a major in the Gillard military, who is mainly after the secret behind the Resonance process. She does not let her feelings get in the way of her duties, and is revealed to be a dragon who had resonated with Asim fifteen years ago. She and Asim are later engulfed in an explosion created by Gio, and are presumed dead, though is shown to have merged with Thanatos a year later. It is suspected that Garnet was complicit in the death of Asim&#039;s Older Brother. Possibly on orders from the younger prince himself. She and Lucy's father were originally part of a merchants' guild called 'Love &amp; Lucky' where they two met and decided to become independent when Layla became pregnant with Lucy. They chose her name when they noticed that the sign for the guild had the letter K missing so that it read 'Love &amp; Lucy'; it made an impression on them so they decided to name their daughter after it.   In her home, Lucy kept a good relation with the staff in the estate and presumably her mother until she passed away when Lucy was around the age of ten on 7-7-X777, the same day that the dragons disappeared. She was 29 when she died. 

Edolas version of Lucy also called Scary Lucy. She loves to bully Natsu Dragion.   Unlike her Earth Land counterpart, Lucy Ashley has a vulgar and aggressive personality. She's also quite the Tsundere and cares for her guild a lot. Lucy seems to be the one with the crush on Edolas Natsu. She showed slightly troubled emotion when she hugged Earth Land Natsu and tends to look away when he asks her a question. When Earth Land Natsu pressured Lucy into purchasing their magical weapons, Lucy commented that she "sort of liked it". She also argues with Edolas Levy instead of getting along with her. Lucy Ashley also has less modesty than her Earthland counterpart, being eager to show Natsu Dragneel how her body is exactly the same as Lucy Heartfilia, only to earn a laugh and a comment about how funny it was to bath with yourself, leaving both of them in shock.  Like her Earth Land version, Lucy Ashley is skilled on using whip. She used an unnamed Magic whip. It was a powerful weapon, which she could use to defeat a monster that attacked Wendy, Natsu, Carla and Happy.

Lucy is cheerful, clever, and often gets swept along by her disruptive guildmates when they go overboard. A Hōden-chan (discharger girl) that saps away positive energy from people. She hates being alone, and since no one in the human world can see her, she treats everyone like toys. Despite her small appearance, she is very powerful, being able to defeat Rōden-chan at the snap of her finger.  

Mei, also known as "Mee-chan", usually appears to be a stubborn girl who tends to be industrious and competitive despite her standoffish nature. Mei secretly desires to be friendlier, but finds it difficult to express her emotions. This is due to an event in her past during elementary school when she was unanimously voted to be the class representative. Before long, the students in her class started shirking their own duties, in effect giving Mei all the work to do herself. After this treatment from her peers, Mei had lost faith in the intentions of people and distanced herself from others. When greeted by other students, Mei will usually not respond and just keep walking, apparently completely ignoring them, but is in fact too shy to engage in conversation. Mei has very little tolerance for school politics and sees school events for the waste of time that they are. Mei and Mutsuki have known each other since childhood, though Mei does not act like it.  After initially trying to organize the work of the student council, Mei gets inadvertently involved with the council's initial projects after Manami becomes the president, such as remodeling the student council room or helping to organize the inter-school dodgeball tournament. Mei is eventually inducted into the student council as the treasurer. 

Kahlua is a calm, ever patient young lady. Throughout GAII, she never raises her voice, even when annoyed. While her slow talking style makes her seem ditzy, she is actually highly intelligent and attentive.    While she is unable to make full use of her magical abilities due to a mental block, she enjoys experimenting and creating new potions in her specially equipped lab on the Luxiole. Unfortunately, whenever Kazuya happens to be around accidents happen (mostly because Kazuya makes a mistake). Despite the potentially dangerous nature of her experiments, Kahlua nevertheless displays nerves of steel as displayed by her casual description of possible results if Kazuya made a mistake during an experiment.    Like most of the Angels, Kahlua speaks politely and attaches the honorific '-san' to the names of virtually everyone she talks to.    Ranpha Franboise, who is interested in magic (and is also an amateur fortune teller), respects Kahlua greatly. This occasionally causes Kahlua some discomfort, as she would rather not be reminded of just how powerful her magic is.

Tequila Marjoram was the alternate personality of Kahlua, and piloted the Emblem Frame Spell Caster. Her personal color is Violet Silver.

Imai Nobume is a vice captain  and part of the assassination unit of Mimawarigumi.   She is emotionless in her facial expression and speech. She is sadistic and likes to cut people down. According to Isaburo when she switches into her assassin mode, she doesn't stop until she kills everyone in the vicinity. Her favorite food are donuts. She can becomes so obsessive about them, to the point where she uses violence to get them.   Nobume alongside Kagura and Princess Soyo are known as the "Sisterhood Sadist Three".

A manipulative and aggressive radio operator who taps enemy communications to obtain an unfair advantage in combat. Commanded the flag tank in Saunders' match against Oarai in first round of the national Sensha-dou championship. She was scolded by Kay when the latter found out about her radio tapping.

A kunoichi-in-training who uses plants as medicine. Her ninja teleportation is slow and warps her surroundings, which is different from the others'. She is also in a supposedly forbidden "relationship" with a young male ninja named Nanafushi.

First Adaptor, who helped the three of the adaptors in episode 3.

One of the two examiners that presided over the second stage of the Exam. Her exam topic was to prepare a piece of sushi for her to taste. If it met up to her stringent expectations, the candidate would pass.

Popular among boys for having a large bust and a naive personality, her photos are always in high demand. Aya Hirano is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer.
