On many such occasions, Yusaku would take his son [Shinichi](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) with him, who would pick up his father's investigative skills and eventually become a detective in his own right.

Megure is almost always there on the scene when a murder occurs, always interviewing the suspects, and acting as the commanding officer of the group of police he brings along with him, among them [Wataru Takagi,](https://anilist.co/character/9421/Wataru-Takagi) [Miwako Sato,](https://anilist.co/character/13975/Miwako-Satou) [Ninzaburo Shiratori,](https://anilist.co/character/9180/Ninzaburo-Shiratori) and [Kazunobu Chiba.](https://anilist.co/character/30373/Kazunobu-Chiba) Megure and [Kogoro Mouri](https://anilist.co/character/1746/Kogoro-Mouri) were former co-officers in the district.

Megure is a capable veteran officer who cares much for his underlings, but he is prone to occasional shouting fits whenever something does not go right or when his temper gets the better of him. He also has little patience for fools, but tends to be a bit too conservative, limiting his ability for flexible thinking. 

After Shinichi solved their first mutual case for him, he has regularly consulted him in difficult cases and considered him a great help. In stark contrast to this, he tends not to think much of Conan and the Detective Boys, usually thinking of them as a nuisance until they solve the ongoing case for him. Likewise, from their common police days, he has no high regard for Kogoro, and he thinks that he may actually be under some kind of jinx, since wherever Kogoro hows up, there is always some murder case nearby _(a fact which actually conforms to Conan, which in later cases he seems to have realised)._

The father of Bulma, Dr. Briefs is an elderly, brilliant and eccentric scientist. He is one of the smartest men in the world. Dr. Briefs is the founder of Capsule Corporation and the man responsible for the invention of the Hoi-Poi Capsules, which can shrink inanimate objects down to pocket sized capsule of namesake. He is easy-going and friendly. Dr. Briefs rarely leaves his home, even if he knows he'll die (in the Buu Saga, he and his wife refuse to leave their pets even after Capsule Corp. has been specifically targeted for destruction; they know they can always be wished back) and he can often be found tinkering on a number of complicated gadgets while surrounded by his beloved pets. His favorite pet is a small black cat, named "Tama" in the original anime and "Scratch" in the FUNimation dub.

Ren and Kazuma&#039;s strict father. Though he is responsible for banishing Kazuma from the Kannagi family, he only wanted his son to find his own path. Kerberos is the &quot;Watchdog of the Underworld&quot; with the body of a man and the head of a Doberman whose job it is to make sure that all of the souls that enter the Underworld never leave. He is an acquaintance of Eucliwood Hellschythe, and seems to respect and care about her a lot. 

Takamichi T. Takahata is the teacher Negi replaces at Mahora, though he takes up a position as an art teacher. He was a member of Ala Rubra, and though he was only a child at the time, he fought actively during the war. Although he is greatly respected (and quite famous) in the magic community, he is a magic school dropout due to the fact that he cannot perform incantations. Instead, he uses "kankahō", a fighting style that combines eastern Ki, western magic, and a bare-fist version of iaidō, "iaiken". Asuna is obsessed with him, though he hides the truth from her, and that he erased her memories of the Magic World. He comments that he has no right to be loved for an unknown reason. His fighting style and personal appearance/habits, including cigarette smoking, are based on Gateau von Vandenberg, another Ala Rubra member who was his master.

This man loves and values his dogs more than himself; as shown when he cooked them steak and give them thirty-year-old wine for dinner, while he himself was content with eating cup ramen.   ~!He is the owner of the Tenth diary, The Breeder's Diary, which allows him to check on the status of his beloved dogs and control them in squads via voice commands. The dogs can be used to chase and kill people. The diary's weakness seems to be issuing the order of chasing multiple targets, which would require greater concentration in herding the dogs and would also leave the user vulnerable to attack as the holder would be alone.   As he was concerned about a stalker and potential diary user, the Tenth literally placed his future in the hands of his daughter, Hinata Hino, who recognized the stalker as a classmate of hers, Akise. Armed with the diary and her father's dogs, Hinata set an elaborate trap to capture Akise, using Yukiteru as bait. Formerly a scientist working for the late King Forland. He has abused lost technology entrusted to the Forland royal family, and conspires to take over the kingdom in order to gain complete possession over said technology.     [Wikipedia]


Hiluluk's main dream was to cure the people on the island of their frozen hearts which had formed because of Wapol's selfishness. After Wapol declared any doctor not under his rule to be outlaws, he and Doctor Kureha were the only free doctors left. However, unlike Kureha, Hiluluk ended up doing more damage than good to his patients by accident.  He found Chopper one day while traveling home in a blizzard. At first Chopper tried to knock him away, but Hiluluk earned his trust by showing that he didn't have any weapons or intention of hurting Chopper. From then on, the two slowly formed a sort of father/son relationship, traveling (and in a way terrorizing) the island trying to cure patients and generally resulting in them having to literally run for their lives from angry patients or their associates.

Saul is a giant, but not an Elbaf giant, being born elsewhere other than Elbaf. At some point in his life, he became a Marine and eventually made it to Vice Admiral. Before the storyline, Saul had experienced travel in the Grand Line, though nothing was said of his adventures other than the fact that he met many Devil Fruit users.  Saul takes the role of the big friendly giant who is somewhat shy and timid. While he was loyal to the Marines he questioned his orders at least twice, showing he followed 'Moral Justice' over their code of 'Absolute Justice'. Saul is also characterized as having a unique, but awkward laugh ("Dereshishishishi") that he finds somewhat embarrassing. He enjoys seeing others laughing and having fun and encouraged Robin to laugh.  He was one of the three people who influenced Nico Robin, Saul wears a cowboy hat which Robin would wear herself. He encouraged Robin to laugh even if it hurts which explains why she smiles at the time of trouble. Because of his middle name, this explains how Robin knows about the Will of D, she even told Luffy later why would he fight, the will of D.  Saul and Vice Admiral Kuzan (later known as Admiral Aokiji) also had a good friendship, and they both shared the same sight on Moral Justice. The reason Kuzan allowed Robin to live was mostly a final favor to Saul. 

Zephyr is a wizard, and Takius's teacher. He possesses similar characteristics to The Joker. He has a high-pitched laugh and does some very goofy antics throughout the anime, from laughing for no apparent reason, to fighting Roan with a candy cane. However, all that cannot seem to hide his incredible power, knowledge of magic, and his utter insanity. Zephyr once had a family, but they had lost their lives due to a failed experiment of his. Coupled with the ridicule of the public, Zephyr was driven insane to the point where he could be easily manipulated by the Dark Lord. The anime is vague on whether he went insane during teaching Takius or after. He is eventually saved by his former pupil, but too late for both of them. In the anime, Zephryus was the only character to have attained an &quot;aura&quot; which signifies that a character has reached the highest level, 99.    ~from Wikipedia.

One of Ariel's butlers, he passes on information from his master to Juliet and company. Like any loyal butler, he is apt to serve his guests and never questions their orders. Grim and dry with a bit of a cruel streak, Katou is the Sensei of Class 2-D. The primary target of his abuse seems to be the mild-mannered Tani; the rivalry between 2-C and 2-D appears to extend to the teachers themselves. 

Top advisor of Mitsunari Ishida.  He suffers from leprosy and wants nothing more than to share his misery with the world and watch as others suffer as he did.
