Red Rider was passionate enough to express his dislike towards war and fighting amongst one another to attain level ten and was open-minded to other people's opinions. He is friendly and willing to trust people as seen during the Kings of Pure Color meeting, where he received a hug from Black Lotus as a sign of respect.  Spitfire (スピット・ファイア, Supitto Faia?) was the Flame King, and one of the last two members of the original Sleeping Forest still holding their titles at the beginning of the story. He is first seen in the series when ikki accidently went to a secret meeting that was going on with AT riders. He claimed that Ikki, being only an &#039;F&#039; class rider, would only have a 1% chance of defeating Buccha, and was surprised by the result. In the anime, he is introduced in the first episode after watching the leader of the Skullsaders challenge Ikki to a battle. He is in control of three teams with 41, 68, and 86 members, and is a highly sought hair stylist in everyday life. His speed creates the illusion of flames due to the heat caused by the friction of his wheels on the ground. In recent chapters, he engaged Sora in an AT battle. During the fight, Sano joins in and saves Spitfire and the two challenge Nike. It is revealed that Spitfire is also able to stop time, similar to how Sano is able to, claiming that while Nike is the strongest of Genesis, he cannot break the flames of time. The fight drags on, and Spitfire comes to a conclusion that they cannot win. By his request, Sano then gives Spitfire enough time to grab Kazu and flee, forcefully giving Kazu the Flame Regalia. Shortly after returning to the battle, the two - Sano and Spitfire - are killed by Sora and Nike. Before his death, Spifire had foreseen this outcome and left a video explaining the true intentions of Genesis and how, after watching the fight between Kogarasumaru and Behemoth, he had been reminded that what he really wanted to do was fly freely in the sky. Spitfire had also predicted that Ikki would &quot;lose his wings&quot; due to Sora&#039;s betrayal and part of the reason for the video was to bring Ikki back to the AT world, at the end of the message Spitfire showed mild concern that his plan might not work.    Spitfire (and the Flame Road in general) seems to be characterized by a flaming fox with nine tails, a reference to the Kitsune from Japanese Mythology.    In the English dub, he has a cockney accent.     ~!Despite his death, Spitfire still helps out Kogarasumaru via the video he left to help train them for the Gram Scale tournament. However the video itself so accurately predicts what the individual members of Kogarasumaru will do that the team questions whether Spitfire is really dead.!~

Harvey is an American journalist who works for a French newspaper. He is is very interested in the Mysterious Thief Black Rose, and travels all over Europe following him, trying to get a big story break. Harvey supports what the Black Rose does, and doesn't really want to expose him, he just wants to interview him. Harvey also dislikes injustice and uses his newspaper stories to expose government corruption. He is the older brother of TJ Livingston, and rased him when their parents died. Harvey crosses paths with Nadja in several countries, and helps her out at one point by printing a newspaper article on her behalf.

Used to be the homeroom teacher for class F-2 but got replaced. He now plays the role as the narrator.

However, unlike Kouji who still talks fondly of Rui, Yukihina has no qualms attacking and torturing her. In the battle in Shibuya mansion, Yukihina faced Heike again. Though he was unable to express any emotions and his mind just 'blanked out,' Rui told him it was because he respected "The Seeking One" the most, just like she did. Later, he reappears with Kouji to protect Ogami from the Code:Closer's attack, revealing it was a request from the late Code:Seeker, Ogami's brother. Member of the Bakumatsu, enemies of the Shinsengumi. He is the strongest Oni of the West and is after Chizuru, so that they can mate and create stronger Oni. His reasons for this are unknown, but his attempts to take Chizuru have so far been thwarted by the interference of the Shinsengumi. Despite being arrogant and cynical, he is not entirely cold-blooded, as he later saves Chizuru, although this might have been for his own purposes. Kazama is usually followed by his two demon companions Amagiri and Shiranui, and it is implied that he might be of royal blood, like Sen-hime. In his Oni form, he grows white horns and his hair fades to match. His eyes also become yellow.  

 __Visual Novel Spoilers__   ~!In the otome game, Kazama is one of the six characters that Chizuru could end up with based on the player's decisions throughout the game.  It's stated in the game that Kazama is of pure demon blood and he's the head of the Kazama family that reigns over the west. The reason why he's after Chizuru is because she too is of pure blood, and if they mated it will result in an even more powerful demon child.!~

~!His route in the game also reveals that he's a man with a high sense of honor, and the reason why he sided with Satsuma was to return the debt for protecting his clan during the demon extermination issued by the shogun. It's also stated that the reason why he attempts to kidnap Chizuru only when she's under the protection of the Shinsengumi is because he wants to shame the Shinsengumi after defeating them in a clean fight, of which Sen comments that he's acting like a classic villain.!~

Bruford is an antagonist featured in Part I: Phantom Blood. He is a vampire made from the centuries-old corpse of a brave and powerful warrior of ancient Britain. Along with Tarkus, Bruford was one of "The Dark Knights". He also had unusual battle prowess and powers associated with his dark hair.    
~!Bruford and Tarkus were successful in the Challenge of the 77 in 1563, two of only five challengers to succeed in history. Prior to their corruption, Bruford and Tarkus were members of the Tudor Dynasty and retainers of Mary Stuart. Eventually they were beheaded for supporting Mary against her political rival, Elizabeth. However, Elizabeth's deception to force them to surrender led to a strong sense of betrayal that made them susceptible to manipulation by Dio.!~

Lambo is a hitman assassin from Italy's Bovino family. He is also the self proclaimed rival of Reborn. His main choice of weapons are hand grenades and horns, and his future dream is to rule the world. Lambo dresses in a cow suit complete with a tail, and has a huge afro with horns on the sides of his head which gives him the appearance of a bison. He's a pretty good resistance against lightning! Although he claims to be the "Great Lambo," Lambo is a total crybaby. Because of that he occasionally uses the Ten Year Bazooka to switch places with his 10 year older alternative. But, it is seen that even 10 years older Lambo is still a complete crybaby and unable to beat Reborn. Though if he uses the Ten Year Bazooka again, he becomes very powerful.

Bianchi&#039;s ex-boyfriend who died of food poisoning at her hands. His appearance is much like that of Lambo (15 year old) . He was an assassin while alive.
