Kensaku&#039;s wife and assistant. She has little love for her husband. She merely marries him to progress research into organic energy and to gain a solid power base to become the leader of Orphan. She is a cold and calculating woman who is more then willing to use her own children as mere tools for her goals.

Meiling Li is a character that appears only in the anime adaptation of Cardcaptor Sakura. Introduced in episode 19, she is Syaoran Li&#039;s cousin and self-proclaimed fianc&eacute;e. As children living in Hong Kong, they both trained in martial arts under the tutelage of Wang Wei. One night her pet bird escaped from his cage, and the normally quiet and withdrawn Syaoran told her not to cry, then left. After spending hours in the rain, he returned with the bird and Meiling was both grateful and touched. From that day, she devoted herself to him, eventually declaring that she liked him above all others and, reasoning that he liked her as well, she declared them to be engaged. At the same time, she promised that if he ever found someone he liked more than her, she would give him up.

In coming to Tokyo, Meiling intends to help Syaoran gather the Clow Cards, and actively dislikes Sakura. As the series progresses, Meiling develops a grudging respect for Sakura that turns into a good friendship by the time Meiling returns to Hong Kong in episode 43. During her initial visit, Meiling seemed to recognize that Syaoran was falling in love with Sakura, but it wasn&#039;t until she briefly returned in episode 60 that she fully acknowledges and accepts Sakura as the person Syaoran loves. Wanting to keep his promise, Syaoran attempts to tell her that he loves Sakura, but Meiling interrupts and tells him that she knows because he is now calling Sakura by her first name, something he only does for his sisters and herself. She smiles at Syaoran with tears in her eyes and declares that the engagement is called off, then quickly leaves. Meiling spends the night at Tomoyo Daidōji&#039;s house to release all of her sadness through much screaming and tears without burdening Syaoran. At the end of the episode, Meiling returns home and is not seen again in the main series. She returns in the second movie, with Syaoran, and together with Tomoyo tries to help Sakura confess her own feelings to him.

Unlike Syaoran, Meiling has no magical abilities, relying solely on her physical fighting abilities and a healthy dose of pride. Her lack of powers, however, results in her hindering more than helping Syaoran in most battles against the cards. She challenges the The Fight card in episode 20, and was nearly badly wounded and had to be rescued by Syaoran. Recognizing that she was being a burden, Meiling grew upset and lashed out at Syaoran. However, she was then able to be an aid to him while fighting The Twin card, as their years of practicing martial arts together enables them to match the card&#039;s synchronized fighting style.

The character of Meiling is voiced by Yukana Nogami. In the English adaptation Cardcaptors her name is changed to Meilin Rae and her relationship with Syaoran is changed from cousins to childhood friends. She is voiced by Nicole Oliver. In the English dub of the second movie, she is voiced by Julie Maddalena.

The 3rd class a criminal the GFP let loose to test the power suit. Hyacinth dresses as an S&amp;M queen and attacks with her male slave Pierre. Her main thing it to turn Pierre into a random animal from the zoo she owned. She goes by Sayuri when out of battle and lives in room 2 of Cosmos House. She has a bottomless stomach and massive breasts. After Suzuo fed her she flirted with him. Because he didn&rsquo;t fall for her, she made several attempts to seduce him, causing her to bickers with Ruri.

Eve is the Queen of Eden Garden, and has her knights around her. Unfortunately for her, when she's on her chair, her power is being overly-used for the sake of more Sting Raids. Her power is decreasing at a fast speed and she calls out to Ren telepathically for help. She's dying, and isn't happy about it. So supposedly, draining the life-energy and power out of her will kill her.

Eve has ice blue hair and dull blue eyes to match. Her skin is also very pale, possibly from the continuous abuse of her strength by the Chaos Choir. She wears a one-strap stress that starts from around her neck down do just before her chest and covers the rest of her from there. It's a nice white and blue dress that flows all the way down to cover her toes.

Eve's powers as the queen of Eden Garden is never really shown. It's mainly used by the Chaos Choir, however, to create more fake raids from the crystals that make up the walls and floor, even ceiling, of the room she's stationed in - her throne room. Of course, later on, Eve uses her powers to revive Coud after he had been defeated by Jiruteir. 

Per Wiki:     Shizuka is a rich heiress and childhood friend of the F4. She and Rui particularly are very close; she was the first person who was able to get him to come out of his shell, and the two were inseparable for much of their childhood. She began a modeling career during her high school years, but shocks everyone at her twentieth birthday party by announcing that she plans to give up her career as a model as well as her position as the Todo heiress to move to Paris and become a human rights lawyer. In the drama, Shizuka was the inspiration that convinced Makino to attend Eitoku, and later to pursue a legal career.      Rui initially accompanies Shizuka to Paris at Tsukushi's request, but their relationship suffers as Shizuka spends more and more time at work. Eventually, Rui returns to Japan in frustration. Shizuka remains in Paris and eventually marries to a lawyer there, giving her bouquet to Tsukushi. 

Kaguya is the main antagonist in the second Inuyasha movie, &#039;Castle Beyond the Looking Glass.&#039;     Kaguya is a so-called fallen angel (it is never specified if she is truly an angel, or a mere demon who thinks she is) who desires the Celestial Robe, which can make her immortal. However, long ago Kaguya was sealed away in a mirror that seems similar to Kanna&#039;s. Following orders from the recently deceased Naraku, Kagura, and Kanna go on a quest to collect 5 magical items, one of which is a scrap of InuYasha&#039;s robe. It is also during the collection of the 5th item that Kagome is captured.    Upon collecting the items, 5 beams of light create a pentagram over Japan, freeing Kaguya. InuYasha races to Kaguya&#039;s castle with Shippo, Sango, Kohaku and Miroku lagging behind. Kaguya uses the mirror she was previously sealed in to seal InuYasha&#039;s human side, unleashing his full demon side. Kagome, in a desperate attempt to stop the transformation, Kagome kisses him, cracking Kaguya&#039;s mirror and breaking the spell. At this point, Sango and the others arrive to witness the couple&#039;s first kiss. Kanna then uses her own mirror and steals some of Kaguya&#039;s life force. At this point, a spider mark appears on Kohaku&#039;s back, and Naraku emerges, apparently not as dead as InuYasha and company would have hoped. Kohaku once again reverts back to Naraku&#039;s control, and Miroku regains his Wind Tunnel.    The castle starts to collapse, and InuYasha and the gang flee. Kaguya chases them as a black cloud, determined to kill them. However, Miroku uses his Wind Tunnel to absorb Kaguya. Everyone, including Naraku, escapes the castle unharmed.    Kaguya is supposedly the girl Kaguya-hime, a girl from a commonly known Japanese legend known as the Legend of the Bamboo Cutter. Again, it is not truly specified if Kaguya is actually Kaguya-hime, or merely believes herself to be. In the legend, five princes ask for Kaguya-hime&#039;s hand in marriage. Not planning to marry any of them, Kaguya-hime sends each of them on a quest to retrieve five treasures- the basin of Buddha, a silver and gold alzalea, the Chinese Fire mouse (or fire rat, as in InuYasha&#039;s robe), a colored dragon jewel, and the seashore treasure of the swallows.    All the princes fail their task, and thus fail to win Kaguya-hime&#039;s favor. In the movie, these treasures are the key to releasing Kaguya from her mirror. They also represent wood, earth, fire, metal and water. In the movie, Kaguya desires the Celestial robe to gain the power of a celestial being in order to return to the moon. In the actual legend, Kaguya-hime returns to the moon after a set amount of time, claiming her time on earth was merely punishment for an unknown crime. Mima Tokiko, commonly referred to as Key, is the granddaughter of Mima Murao and Mima Tomiko. She appears as a somewhat autistic child throughout the majority of the series. She is looking for 30, 000 friends to restore her humanity.

Eva's mother and Don's wife, one of the best racers on Earth who was lost in a race ten years before the start of the series. Her sudden and tragic death appears to be the reason for Don Wei's current behavior. It originally appeared that Spirit, one of the pilots racing on Alwas, caused her to crash, which was later shown to be false &mdash; the crash was caused by Maya's ship leaking fuel from the engine causing it to explode. Eva is determined to win The Great Race of Ōban in order to bring Maya back to life and reunite her family. However, Eva later learns the truth about the &quot;Ultimate Prize&quot; and that the Avatar's power would not bring back her mother. Later, she discovers that her mother was actually &quot;killed&quot;; it was Canaletto who caused the crash. After returning to Earth, she and her father pay their final respects at Maya's grave.

Ai, the oldest of the three, is a motherly 18-years-old sister. She is often wears a Santa-styled hat over her green hair, and is the only major character with large breasts, a fact which she is often reminded of by her youngest sister, Mii. Ai is very near-sighted and requires glasses to see clearly. Ai is an awful cook, but that unfortunately doesn't stop her from cooking anyway. Daichi, a young boy the girls meet on their travels, is the only one willing to eat her food. Ai has a heart of gold and is always ready to help others in need. She seems to be the de-facto caretaker of the sisters' pet ferret, Unagi. She also loves to relax by taking bubble baths. Ai is used to the traveling and non-aging and takes it in stride, mostly unaffected by it until she meets Daichi as an adult. Ai has the unique ability to speak to plants which leads her to often spending time talking to the dandelions which she, and her sisters, refer to as "popotan". They help guide her on her family's quest, to meet Shizuku.

She is the only girl of the four protagonists. Unlike the others, Kei has known about her ARMS her entire life. She was raised by the Bluemen, the organization that combats Egrigori and originally implanted ARMS in the four teens. Kei was raised and trained as an elite soldier. But because many of the Bluemen saw her as a weapon and not a person, Kei grew up extremely lonely, bitter, and even a little vicious. This all changes when Kei meets Ryo and the other ARMS subjects, the only people who truly understand Kei. With them she finally learns true friendship and teamwork. Kei and Hayato seem to be growing closer as time goes on. Whether this will develop into anything remains to be seen.  Kei's ARMS is called the Queen Of Hearts, and is concentrated in her eyes. Kei's ARMS is an array of powerful sensors, including magnification and infrared. Kei can figure out a punch before it is thrown, or a bullet's course before it leaves the barrel, and avoid them. Kei can also activate, enhance, and deactivate the ARMS of her teammates. The Queen of Hearts' nano-machines allow Kei to heal from injuries much faster than a normal human even when not transformed. Kei has nicknamed her nano-machines her "nano-babies". The Queen Of Hearts' final form is a magnificent woman made of light. Kei is still discovering all the abilities of her ARMS. When the Queen of Hearts displayed its ultimate form for the first time in volume 10, it was able to stop and reverse the out of control transformations of the Jabberwock, Knight, and White Rabbit. In Volume 16, the Queen of Hearts evolved to gain the ability "Mirror of Aegis", which appears to be able to reflect an attack with equal or greater power than was used. In volume 18 the Queen of Hearts reveals to Kei that she holds the ultimate endgame weapon of all the ARMS units. She merely has to say the word "Destroy" and all ARMS units that descended from Alice, and even Alice herself, will be permanently deactivated which will also result in the death of all of the hosts including her friends. Another of Japoness' otome kairo marionettes. She is the most maternal of the three &amp; acts like the perfect stereotype of the Japanese wife, excelling at cooking and doing everything to please &quot;Master&quot; Otaru, who is the subject of her frequent romantic daydreams in which she goes into over-romantic frenzies and loses sight of her current objectives. She is however quite intelligent and equipped with the best sensors of the three. She is often mocked by Bloodberry for being too sweet &amp; mild and is often ridiculed for being flat-chested. Instead, her fantasies and amorous interactions with Otaru tend to focus on her behind. She has two long tails of purple hair and usually dresses in a pink kimono.

Katsumi is the daughter of Gigelf Liqueur a magician that tried to open a gate to the alternative world Nemesis. This experiment failed and lead to the Nemesis race, Lucifer Hawk, to infiltrate earth. Katsumi herself finds out that she also possesses these magical abilities and gains the sentient sword, once wielded by her father, Grospoliner to fight these beings. After discovering her magic abilities she joins the AMP, a special branch of  the Tokyo police force.   Her personality is by nature gentle but she is also harsh and she may don't think twice before rushing into battle. Through her veins runs the blood of a Lucifer Hawk something that could be seen as a blessing but Katsumi can't bear it.  As a result of Katsumi past life she don't find it an easy task to let people into her life and when she first arrives in the AMP group she becomes the drawn back one that keeps herself in her corner. She quickly starts to get along with the people there and at a party where people form the normal police force are invited she meets her soon to be boyfriend Roy.

Lum Cheng is the granddaughter of Avalanche Wong and wielder of the Imperial Sword Gesso, which is considered the equal of Grospoliner, though it does not seem to be as intelligent. Lum Cheng uses elemental magic ranging from fire to water. She first appears in the ninth volume of the manga and somewhat after the halfway point of the 26-episode TV series.  Lum Cheng is young and impetuous and also a little arrogant at times, which sometimes has disastrous results. Despite this, she is tenaciously loyal to her friends. According to her grandfather, she is a feng shui master.

Hinano is a tree spirit who possessed the body of a wooden puppet after Cacao messed up Professor Ghana's spell. Her name means "Spirit of the Lumel Tree of the Nanoi Forest." Whenever someone hurts Cacao, her spiritual powers show.

Lei-Lei appeared in the Night Warriors: Dark Stalkers Revenge anime, and was voiced by was Nicole Oliver in the English dub. She and her sister were central to the plot of the episodes, and are shown as allies and temporary travelling companions of fellow darkhunter Donovan Baine. Haruka Hikari is Netto&#039;s mother, and is married to the scientiest Yuuichiro Hikari. Haruka mainly stays home to take care of Netto, and doesn&#039;t seem to have a job. Since her husband is constantly away from home on expeditions, she sees Netto as her main priority in life. 

Emeraldas has been compared many times to Captain Harlock, and the two have some similarities. They also know each other from the days of the Voice of Free Arcadia, when she fought side by side with him and Tochirou, the man who is their common bond. After the Ilumidus resistance, Emeraldas became much like Harlock, sailing the sea of stars and delivering justice in her own unique way.  Emeraldas is one of the few people who know the route of Count Mecha's Time Castle, and when her ship, the Queen Emereldas, appears next to the Galaxy Express, Tetsuro doesn't hesitate to get her attention. Emeraldas would've killed Tetsuro if it weren't for two things. First, Maetel (whom she also knows) is with him. Second, Tetsuro has Tochirou's hat and laser. She listens and then tells Tetsuro where the Time Castle will next appear: Trader's Fork, on the planet of Heavy Melder.  Some time after she leaves, she realizes something is happening on Heavy Melder, something that had to do with Tochirou. She arrives too late. Harlock tells her he's already dead. She leaves but later receives a message. It's from Tochirou, whose soul had been successfully integrated into the Arcadia. Learning that it was Tetsuro who had helped him, she realizes that she owes him a favor, and she proceeds to Andromeda, to repay the favor. She and Tetsuro will cross path a few more times.  Emeraldas is a very lonely soul, especially after the death of Tochirou. Her closest companion, like herself, is a wanderer.
