Sharpner attends Orange Star High School with Gohan. He torments Son Gohan for a bit in school, but later befriends him after witnessing his athletic prowess. Sharpner likes Videl who also attends Orange High School. He is very athletic and likes to work out, yet it seems he does not do any martial arts practice. Early on Sharpner devotes most of his time to finding out who the Great Saiyaman is during the 25th Tenka-ichi Bud�kai. He later discovers that Gohan is the Great Saiyaman and is disappointed that the answer was right under his nose. Like Erasa, his fate is unknown after the Buu saga. Also like Erasa, he was named after school supplies, with Sharpner&#039;s name coming from the word &quot;sharpener&quot;.

Goku is back with his new son, Gohan, but just when things are getting settled down, the adventures continue. Whether he is facing enemies such as Freeza, Cell, or Boo, Goku is proven to be an elite of his own and discovers his race, Saiyan. He meets many new people, gaining allies as well as enemies, as he still finds time to raise a family and be the happy-go-lucky Saiyan he is.
