She is a student in Class 3-1 of Katagiri Senior High School. Kyouko is mostly a very energetic and popular person who always creates a happy atmosphere around herself. She is a hard-worker in all aspects of her life, and, according to Izumi Miyamura, she scores above 90% for all her tests.

A secret life is the one thing they have in common. At school, Hori is a prim and perfect social butterfly, but the truth is she's a brash homebody. Tomatsu debuted in 2007, starring in Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica as Corticarte Apa Lagranges. One day, Miyamura finds Hori's little brother injured and helps him back to Hori's house, where the relationship between Hori and Miyamura begins with Hori's discovery of Miyamura's secret.
