Introduced in the third story arc, Michiru fights alongside her partner and lover Haruka in defending the Solar System from outside threats. In both versions of the story, she is elegant, sophisticated, capable of sharp anger, and sometimes cold. She is fully dedicated to her duty as a Senshi. Her Senshi alter-ego is Sailor Neptune, one of the "four soldiers of the outer solar system". As Sailor Neptune, her element of influence is the sea(not with water in general as Sailor Mercury's powers are); as with many of the other Senshi, this element is closely associated with her planet, which is named for the Roman sea god, Neptune. She is one of the Senshi who has natural psychic powers, alerting her when danger is near. She seems to be a character with a very deep understanding of things, sometimes even surpassing the other Outer Senshi due to her unnaturally high psychic endowments. Michiru's wavy aqua hair and turquoise eyes are intended to evoke images of her element.   



Makoto is the third member of the Sailor Team to be discovered by Sailor Moon, and serves as the "muscles" of the group. In addition to being physically tough, she is able to manipulate electricity and uses some plant-based powers. Her friends rarely use her full given name, normally shortening it to Mako-chan.

The only time when she called Keroro by his real name was when he defeated her in a swimming contest fair and square and decided to call a truce (until they were interrupted by Tamama) and when he joined the Garuru Platoon and Natsumi tried to snap him out of it. Ironically, she was the first one to discover Keroro at episode 1 and chapter 1 (so she can awake the occult-obsessed Fuyuki), who was hiding at Fuyuki's bedroom wall. She is suspicious of Keroro and the rest of his alien squad (except Mois), but then got used to their presence and kind of treats Keroro as a friend/slave and puts him down with most of the house chores, and even developed some feelings for Giroro. She is later given a neck brace invented by Kururu that transforms her and gives her the powers of a real-life Gundam and uses the neck brace whenever the team could use her help. Kasumi is a Gym Leader of Hanada City's Gym, known officially as the Hanada Gym. She gives the Cascade Badge to Trainers who defeat her in battle. She specializes in Water-type Pokémon.

Kasumi is a friend and former traveling partner of the anime's main character, Satoshi. After he stole her bike and proceeded to accidentally destroy it, Kasumi followed him around the Kanto region, the Orange Islands, and the Johto region, using the time she spent with him to further her goal of becoming the greatest Water Pokémon Master.

Lum's childhood friend and most loyal friend in the Galaxy. Her character is named after Shichifukujin Benzaiten (one of the Seven Lucky Gods), the Shinto goddess of knowledge, art, and beauty. This Benten is a "space biker chick" who wears a plate-mail bikini, sports a "butch" hair style, tears around the sky on a flying alien chopper, curses like a longshoreman, and carries a high-tech bazooka. An elegant miko (shrine maiden), called Raye in the English version and Raya in the French version. Because of her work as a Shintô priestess, Rei can sense and dispel evil even in civilian form. When she transforms into Sailor Mars, she can also manipulate fire. She is very serious and focused, but although easily annoyed by Usagi's flightiness, cares about her very much. Rei is portrayed as boy-crazy in the early anime, but is uninterested in romance in both the manga and live-action series. She attends a private Catholic school, separate from the other girls.

The separately-living wife of Kogoro Mouri, Eri is a lawyer who often gets tangled in Kogoro's cases, usually serving as an extra pair of eyes when it becomes time to investigate a crime. Sulia is a young girl who sets out to find Martial Arts champion Terry Bogard, in an effort to help stop her brother, Laocorn, from collecting the five pieces of the armor of Mars.

She is the regular villain of the show. When not on criminal activities, she serves as teacher to Tokio and Sora&#039;s class.

A little girl who is wheelchair-bound, is blind and looks to be albino. Though she is blind, she can apparently read &quot;The Book of Holy Genesis&quot;, a scripture that contains the history of the conflict that happened between the Shadow Angels and humans 12,000 years ago. The other element users at Deava are intimidated by her, believing that she is a vampire. Her Element Powers allow her to levitate, teleport and drain Prana from people.

Rina Takamiya is a classmate of Meimi and Asuka's, and she meets the later in an arcade where she tries to beat a video game for him, much to his dismay. There she witness the delivery of a calling card from Saint Tail, and appears at the location the card indicates, claiming that she will catch Saint Tail because she wants to become a police woman. Along with Asuka she fails, although she is then determined to capture the theif.    As the mayor's daughter, Rina is able to accompany Asuka on his mission to capture Saint Tail. And she soon develops a theory who Saint Tail is, at the same time developing feelings for Asuka herself. She tried reveal Meimi as Saint Tail numerous times, but failed. She also offered to tell Asuka who Saint Tail really was, but he declined, claiming he would catch her on his own to find out.     Rina is a headstrong and stubborn character, she is also physically strong, which balances with Meimi's agility. At the beginning of the series she is also a little taller than Asuka, however, he grows over the series, which sparks some of her feelings for him. 

Miho is a girl who dreams to be a cartoonist.  One day a mysterious man, who Miho likes to call Mr. Mysterious, buys her these two dinasour-like fairies, Pigu and Mogu. Pigu and Mogu use their magic to give Miho a magic sketchbook and pen so she can make herself older and change into the model/singer, Fancy LaLa!!

Hologram expert with computer skills. She was found inside the Sol Bianca by April. She appears to be an android with human emotions. She does not enjoy combat seeing how dangerous it is, and is usually the first to panic when danger does happens.
