Former 3rd seat of the 13th Division and served under Captain Jūshirō Ukitake    Not much is known about Miyako aside from what was seen during a flashback scene. She was a member of the 13th division and was married to Kaien Shiba, she was very respected in her division as most junior members would address her as &quot;Miyako-dono&quot;.    Miyako served as the 3rd seat of the 13th Division and was very much loved by both her husband and the rest of her division. As a female Shinigami who had worked hard, and gaining herself a high position in the division, her intelligence as well as her looks she was highly admired by Rukia Kuchiki. The events of her death vary somewhat between the manga and the anime. 

Sister Grey is a close friend of Iczer-1, and the creator/mother of Iczer-3. When Iczer-1 sensed Neos was attacking Earth, Sister Grey sent Iczer-3 to Earth in her place.

Sougo cares deeply for Mitsuba, and is uncharacteristically polite and docile when around her. She suffers from tuberculosis, and often requires medical treatment, which Sougo used to send money for. She has romantic feelings for Hijikata. Although it is revealed that Hijikata does in fact love her, he feels that he is unable to give her happiness, that is why he treats her coldly.   ~!She dies in chapter 132 of the manga (Episode 87 for the anime) after a brief conversation with her brother.!~ She is roughly based on Okita Mitsu, sister of Okita Sōji.  Historically though, it was Okita Sōji who suffered from tuberculosis.

In the manga, Chizuru is the head of "The Mother and Child in School Victims' Support Group." In the anime, she's the president of "The Society of the Study of Victimization of Mothers and Children in Education." Initially, she hates Onizuka but has a change of heart after he makes a brave, unselfish, and risky move to save her daughter, Hidemi.

So Rongo challenged Natsumi to a duel and, after almost shooting a fighter jet down with jets of water, Natsumi tried to stop Rongo, but due to interference by Ongo, Rongo was transformed into a smaller child version of herself. Only then did Ongo remember her. Having lost her powers, Rongo requested to stay with Natsumi.   When Ongo became evil and giant again, Rongo tried to stop him, but eventually she left it up to Mii. Rongo's powers include being able to control all forms of water.

She has an empathetic ability and can even communicate with insects from the Sea of Corruption.
