Shawlong has a long face, and black hair braided and usually hanging over his shoulder. What remains of his mask is on the top of his head, but a portion drops down covering part of his face. The eye holes in this mask are just slots in the mask. He wears typical arrancar clothes: a white jacket with black lining, a white hakama, and a black sash. He seems to be one of the few arrancar that actually zips his jacket most of the way up. As a result, the hole by which hollows are characterized, is not visible on Shawlong.      Shawlong is arrancar number 11, but this does not mean he is the 11th most powerful. Arrancar numbered 11 and above are numbered in the order of their birth, then the top 10 are removed, given numbers 1-10, and called Espada. Therefore, the true extent of his power is unknown, it is simply known that he is not one of the ten most powerful arrancar.      Shawlong is unique in the arrancar we have seen so far, as he seems to be highly intelligent. He acts in a manner that implies he is the next in command to Grimmjow, during their assault on the material world. He seems to have been a major influence on the idea to go to the material world in the first place, judging by statements made during Grimmjow's argument with Ulquiorra. He claimed that if someone is not worth killing, it is also meaningless to let them live; fueling Grimmjow's argument that Uliquiora should have just killed Ichigo Kurosaki.

Major Alex Louis Armstrong, the Strong Arm Alchemist, was born into an elite family of alchemists and has mastered his family's techniques. Members of his family have, in the past, filled the highest military and political positions in the state. He acquired his alchemy titles for his skill of using arm strength in his alchemy. All though he may look intimidating, he is really friendly and (overly)affectionate, and often stays behind or risks his life for the safety of others. He also has a tendency to show off techniques passed down to him to his enemies, and make them feel somewhat awkward during a battle.

Mutaito is Muten Roshi and the Tsuru-Sen&#039;nins&#039; teacher. He successfully seals Piccolo Daimaō in the Denshi Jar with his Mafūba technique, but in invoking the attack, he dies from the severe exhaustion of using the move. In the anime, Son Goku actually meets Mutaito and he&#039;s the first person in the series to teach Goku about controlling his &quot;ki&quot;. In fact, he&#039;s the first person to even mention the word, which soon becomes the explanation for the incredible energy techniques used throughout all of the Dragon Ball series.

After Shinichi solved their first mutual case for him, he has regularly consulted him in difficult cases and considered him a great help. In stark contrast to this, he tends not to think much of Conan and the Detective Boys, usually thinking of them as a nuisance until they solve the ongoing case for him. Likewise, from their common police days, he has no high regard for Kogoro, and he thinks that he may actually be under some kind of jinx, since wherever Kogoro hows up, there is always some murder case nearby _(a fact which actually conforms to Conan, which in later cases he seems to have realised)._

Zephyr is a wizard, and Takius's teacher. He possesses similar characteristics to The Joker. He has a high-pitched laugh and does some very goofy antics throughout the anime, from laughing for no apparent reason, to fighting Roan with a candy cane. However, all that cannot seem to hide his incredible power, knowledge of magic, and his utter insanity. Zephyr once had a family, but they had lost their lives due to a failed experiment of his. Coupled with the ridicule of the public, Zephyr was driven insane to the point where he could be easily manipulated by the Dark Lord. The anime is vague on whether he went insane during teaching Takius or after. He is eventually saved by his former pupil, but too late for both of them. King Wapol is the former ruler of the Drum Empire, later renamed Sakura Kingdom. He ate the Baku Baku no Mi (バクバクの実, Munch Munch Fruit), which allows him to eat virtually anything and take on its properties. Wapol uses this power many times against Monkey D. Luffy in acts such as chomping his two advisers into a single warrior or shooting bombs from his "Baku Baku Factory" pistol arms. He even tries to eat all the weapons inside his massive armory room to turn himself into a superweapon. Dodoria (ドドリア, Dodoria) is one of Freeza's top henchmen. He is a large, pink alien with short spikes on his head and forearms. He travels with Freeza and Zarbon to planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. While interrogating a village, they are interrupted as Kuririn and Gohan save Dende from being killed. Dodoria pursues them, but he soon encounters Vegeta. After being outmatched, he tells the truth about the destruction of Planet Vegeta, hoping it would aid in sparing his life, but he is still killed by Vegeta. He also appears in Bardock: The Father of Goku, where Dodoria and his team attack Bardock and his team. He is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori in Japan, Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry in the Ocean dub.

Krieg is a typical One Piece villain who displays cruel tendencies using a huge arsenal of weapons and overwhelming odds. He is used to winning and being able to topple any force that goes up against him; this led to his failed attempt to conquer the Grand Line. However, his constant victories and reliance on weapons and odds made him overconfident. Muri (ムーリ, Mūri) is the elder of a Namekian village that is the home of Dende. While being interrogated by Freeza&#039;s group, he manages to destroy all of Freeza&#039;s scouters, which causes Freeza&#039;s collection of the Dragon Balls to be delayed. He is killed soon afterwards. After being revived by Dragon Balls, he is named the new grand elder, giving him the ability to return the Dragon Balls to life. After traveling to the New Namek, he powers up the Dragon Balls, giving Porunga the ability to bring multiple people back to life with one wish.

Dr. Myu is a brilliant scientist who desires nothing more than total control of the galaxy. Dr. Myu masterminds the plot to build an ultimate Machine Mutant with enough power to see his sinister goal of control through to the end. To this end, he created a powerful enforcer named General Rilldo, and tried to gather the Black Star Dragon Balls to use them to complete his creation, Baby, and use it to take over the universe.      ~!However, Goku, Pan and Trunks got past General Rilldo and foiled Dr. Myu's plans. There are holograms of her spread throughout the airship, most likely so that she could scout the Reverse World, without the need to get out and report anything to Zero.     In the credits of the next movie, it was seen that she was recovered from the Megarig by Newton after it was destroyed.

Gan Fall, is the current, two time God of Skypiea.

Introduced during The Captain Amagai arc, is one of the clan leaders serving the Kasumiōji Clan. He appears to be the main antagonist of the arc, apparently replacing Sōsuke Aizen.     Kumoi is seen in two outfits. The first is a white kimono with a purple wrap, looking similar to a sweater. The second is the standard Shinigami uniform with a red kimono over it. He has white hair slicked back, large sideburns, and one spectacle in his left eye. When smiling, it is noticeable he is missing a few teeth on the right side.    Kumoi often adopts a smiling and benevolent expression in front of public appearances, which belies his evil and cunning nature. He was believed to be power hungry, wanting to take Rurichiyo&#039;s position as the head of the clan, but was revealed to work for Shūsuke Amagai.

Hiruko (ヒルコ) was once a great shinobi of Sunagakure. However, once he died, he became one of Sasori's first Human Puppets and one of his favorites. As a puppet, he served as Sasori's puppet armor; as he could hide inside of him. Sasori even adorned Hiruko with the Akatsuki's robes, and hid inside it so often that others came to recognize him only when he was wearing it.    Chiyo stated that Hiruko had changed since she saw him twenty years ago. After all of his strikes failed due to Chiyo's manipulation, Haruno Sakura destroyed the puppet.

Norton is a human who became a cyborg during the war between East and West that preceded the MME&rsquo;s rebellion. He was one of the leaders of cyberoid combat units who survived the MME uprising. He now fights with all his might in the resistance. Norton is very well-versed in tactics, heavy weaponry and the MME and is an invaluable addition to his unit. He saves Sandy and her friends many times and meets a tragic end protecting Sandy when she infiltrates the MME&rsquo;s citadel in the final chapter of the story.
